This sushi restaurant ran by a couple who the chef (husband) has been in Singapore for years to learn the skill. They operate this sushi restaurant in a moderate way n thus offer good quality of sushi at a more reasonable and affordable price.

This is their fried tofu....eat fast before it turns soft...after trying this here...n I ordered once in Sushi King..which the skin was soft n extreme disgusting
However, Wasabi Sushi able to serve this tofu with extreme cripsy skin...worth to try
n the cripsy fried prawn roll sushi also very delicious

I like the fried salmon skin and salmon nigiri... green tea ice cream oso nice.
ReplyDeleteSushi King is already out of quality long time ago. For KL & PJ area I will only go for Sushi Zanmai & here is my TAIPING hometown sushi restaurant. There's one called Shin Japanese Restaurant that I haven't tried yet.
